Mack Adapter was born from a simple idea: there had to be a better way to drop and hook trailers. After more than 30 years in the industry, Troy Mack set out to simplify the process. What started with a few napkin sketches and conversations with friends quickly evolved through multiple prototypes. The result? The Mack Adapter — a smarter, more efficient solution built by truckers, for truckers.
Meet The Team Behind Mack Adapter
Troy Mack
A seasoned CDL driver since 1991, Troy has owned and operated his own fleet of trucks and trailers since 2008. As a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran, he brings discipline, grit, and decades of hands-on industry experience to Mack Adapter.
Dianne Mack
With over 25 years in the corporate world, Dianne is the backbone of Mack Trucking, LLC. Her strategic insight and operational leadership have been instrumental in driving the company’s success.
Troy and Dianne have been married since 1995. They’re proud parents of two children and grandparents to two energetic grandkids who keep them on their toes. When they’re not working, they love traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.
Clifford
A manufacturing engineer with 14 years of experience in designing and fabricating components, Clifford brings precision and innovation to the team. He’s a father of two and enjoys baseball, hockey, and restoring his classic 1972 GMC Suburban.
